Scouting America Invites You
If you have a boy who is going to be in 5th through 11th grade, Scouts BSA Troop 2 invites you to join us for any (or all) of the following 100% free recruitment events. No experience is necessary — just come ready to meet the troop, ask questions, and have fun. See Join Us tab for upcoming free activities.
Troop 2 is the Fox Valley's oldest continuously running troop, founded in 1919. We meet every Monday night and camp year-round.

Family Picnic & Scavenger Hunt

Bring the whole family out to the park. Fuel up on great food and then team up with our scouts for a fast-paced scavenger hunt across the park grounds.
Sundae Bike Rally
- Sunday, September 20th
- 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- Telulah Park skate park circle
1300 E. Newberry Street, Appleton
Roll up for a quick bike tune-up and learn critical group road safety skills. Afterward, we will take a group cruise down to College Avenue for ice cream at Legendary!
Helmets and closed-toe shoes are mandatory to ride.
Games Galore RC Cars

Join us for Kubb, frisbee, ring toss and other yard games. Meet the troop and have some outdoor fun. Prizes available for participants and light snacks.
Bring a couple of lawn chairs to stay comfortable. You can also bring your favorite RC car from home to show off in the grass!

We meet regularly throughout the year. You and your family are welcome to visit anytime:
